Spectacular Luxury Beach Condo

When you exit the airport take the Panama City exit.  Stay to the left.  Stay on this road in the left lane for approximately 15-20 kms. There will be a lot of stop lights.

Look for KIA Dealership on the right.  AS SOON AS you see the Kia Dealership get in the far RIGHT lane.  You will come to a stop light on Avenida del la Paz.

Turn right at Avenida del la Paz - and stay in the left lane.

Follow this road (you will go through a bunch of curves and see a large Rod Curew National Stadium on the right).

About 8 miles you will cross the Centennial Bridge.

This is the road that turns into the Pan American Highway which will take you out to Playa Blanca.

Continue on this highway –  You'll hit an unattended toll booth - approximately 20 klms.  Continue straight 63.5 klms to Coronado.  *** Please note that Coronado has a very good grocery store called Rey and it's on the left side of the highway and its open 24 hours.

From Coronado - only 30 -35 minutes to go - drive for another 35.5 klms.  You'll pass the Decameron Sign and then look for the Playa Blanca exit on the left only a few klms after the Decameron turn off. 

Drive straight for 2.5 klms and the entrance is on the left side.

At the entrance you have to say that you're guests of The Dilley Family and that you're staying in Los Balcones Tower #3 – Apt 5A.  Drive straight .6 klms and take the roundabout – the first right  turn will lead you to the Hotel Lobby – the second road will lead you to the Balcones buildings. Follow up this dirt road and turn right at the T junction and then turn left at the security booth into the parking lots.  Drive to the third tower that you see and park – this is Los Balconies #3.

There is always a 24 hour guard on duty – they wear a Los Balcones polo shirt and only speak a little English, they will always help you and carry in your bags for a tip. They do not have a specific spot but are usually around the parking lot or pool area.
