Low season - (May 1 - October 31)

• $225  per night 
• $1350 7 nights
• $3000 monthly

Rental Policy:

• No Smoking
• No Pets
• Children friendly, but the Primary Rentor must be over the age of 25
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Damage Deposit Policy:

• There will be a US$500.00 damage deposit that is required to confirm and hold your reservation.
• This deposit will be returned upon final check-out inspection.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations will be accepted and fully re-funded up to 3 weeks prior to the rental date.
• Any cancellations after this date will be charged a penalty of 20% per week.
